A couple of weeks ago, Myrrh’s sound and tilt sensing sleeve prototype made its official debut during Whiskey and Song Writer’s night at Someday Lounge in Portland, OR. Luckily, there were only a couple of minor issues that will easily be remedied when the fantabulous Megan creates a more stylish sleeve that only someone with her seamstress skills can make.
The Instructable for making your own sensing and blinking sleeve is also up, and was submitted for the LED contest! Though I should have clearer pictures and a bit of video after Myrrh’s performance tonight, I new I needed to submit it while I was thinking about it because… oh…. shiny!!!!
Please check it out and leave comments about how I can improve it for you.
Also finished is the glowing LED necklace! (credit to Shannon Henry for the bright how-to idea!) As always, some modifications need to be made and an Instructable is coming soon. Until then, I offer a picture of its green, glowy self.
